Group Skill Training

Description

Our group sessions are high-energy, competitive, and packed with game-rep drills to build real skills. Train with peers, build IQ, and improve under the guidance of our elite coaching team.

Program Options:

Drop-In Group Session ($35/ Day)

  • 60-minute competitive small group training

  • Build skill with game like reps

  • No commitment

Weekly Group Access ($150/ Week)

  • Up to 10 group sessions in a single week

  • Come to multiple sessions per day

  • Best for consistent improvements in a week span

Fall Program – 8 Weeks ($1,100)

  • Over 40 group sessions across 8 weeks

  • 4 included 30-min 1:1 private sessions

  • Consistent coaching, structured development

  • Priority access for seasonal athletes

Sniper Shooting Sessions

Description

Elite-level shooting workouts run by NCAA 3PT% leader and BU standout Alex Giannaros. Small group format with two machines, high reps, and real-time correction.

Program Options:

Drop-In Sniper Workout ($30 - $45/ Day)

  • 30 or 45-minute machine session

  • Max 8 athletes per machine

  • Run exclusively by Alex

Weekly Sniper Access ($150/ Week)

  • Up to 10 sessions per week

  • Includes 1 private 30-minute sniper breakdown session

  • Designed to improve shooting form + mechanics

Fall Sniper Program – 8 Weeks ($1,100)

  • 50+ sessions over 8 weeks

  • 6 private 1:1 sessions with Alex

  • Structured, form-focused development with advanced metrics

One-on-One Private Sessions

Description

Get direct attention with private, 30-minute training sessions designed around your goals. Available with Coach Mike, Coach Marcus, or Coach Alex.
